Automated Content Generation Pipeline
A pipeline that watches a Google Sheet for new clients and produces their whole content pack, blogs, website copy, emails, ad copy and social posts, formatted and filed in Google Docs.
A new client in a spreadsheet, a full content pack in Google Docs

01Overview
Onboarding a client at a marketing agency starts with writing everything from scratch. Blog posts, website copy, email sequences, ad copy, social posts. It takes days per client and the formatting comes out different every time.
We built a pipeline that starts the moment a new client is added to a Google Sheet. n8n picks up the new row, reads the business details, and runs the content types one after another through Cassidy AI: blogs first, then website copy, then emails, then Meta and Google ad copy, then social media.
Each piece is passed to Zapier, which formats it for its type and files it in Google Docs. What lands at the end is an organised set of documents for that client, produced without anyone opening a blank page.

Solving real problems with smart engineering
Days of writing for every new client
A full content pack had to be written by hand before a client could be launched.
The pipeline produces the whole pack from the details entered in the sheet.
Formatting that came out different every time
Each writer laid out blogs, emails and ad copy in their own way.
Zapier formats every piece by type before it is saved, so each client’s pack looks the same.
Delivery and filing done by hand
Finished copy had to be organised into documents and passed to the client.
Documents are created and filed in Google Docs as part of the run.
Copywriting billed by the hour
Every content type carried a separate hourly cost.
The routine first pass is generated, so paid time goes on editing rather than starting from nothing.
A failed step could go unnoticed
A long chain of steps can stop halfway without anyone seeing it.
The workflow reports on failures so a stalled run is visible rather than silent.
From a new row to a finished pack
The sheet is checked every minute, so a new client starts the run on its own.
New client detected
n8n watches the Google Sheet and picks up the new row.
Business details read
Name, services, USPs and SEO keywords are extracted and passed on.
Content generated in order
Blogs, then website copy, then emails, then ad copy, then social.
Formatted by type
Cassidy passes each piece to Zapier, which formats and groups it.
Filed in Google Docs
The organised pack is saved and ready for review.
